- Develop visual direction for campaigns, social content, brand systems, shoots, and pitches.
- Lead designers and collaborate with copy, strategy, content, and production teams.
- Review creative output for concept strength, consistency, craft, and brand fit.
- Translate client objectives into visual systems, moodboards, and art direction.
- Guide photoshoots, video shoots, and production when visual leadership is required.
