As a Community Management at Custompedia, you will build active, relevant, and human brand interactions by managing comments, replies, engagement, and community participation across social platforms. You will work in an agency environment where clarity, ownership, relevance, and execution quality matter.

  • Monitor comments, mentions, replies, tags, and relevant conversations.
  • Respond in the appropriate brand voice and escalate sensitive issues when needed.
  • Proactively engage with relevant accounts, communities, and conversations.
  • Track daily engagement output and recurring audience questions or sentiment.
  • Identify conversation opportunities that can become content or community insights.
  • Maintain response quality, speed, and consistency across assigned accounts.

  • Strong written Bahasa Indonesia with natural conversational tone.
  • Highly active and aware of social-media culture and trends.
  • Able to follow tone-of-voice guidelines while sounding human.
  • Patient, observant, and consistent with repetitive daily engagement work.
  • Comfortable working with clear daily KPIs.

  • Community & Fan Page Experience — Experience running community or fan accounts.
  • Customer Service Background — Basic customer-service experience.
  • Multi-Platform Community Dynamics — Familiarity with Threads, Instagram, TikTok, or X community behavior.

  • Real Project Exposure — Work on active agency, client, or internal business projects with practical outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Learning — Collaborate with relevant teams and understand how agency work moves from brief to delivery.
