As a Marcomm Lead / Specialist at Custompedia, you will own how Custompedia communicates itself to the market through brand campaigns, PR, partnerships, thought leadership, events, and consistent corporate messaging. You will work in an agency environment where clarity, ownership, relevance, and execution quality matter.
- Build Custompedia's marketing communication calendar and campaign priorities.
- Develop messaging, themes, publicity angles, and brand narratives across channels.
- Coordinate owned content, PR, partnerships, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Work with leadership, creative, social, BD, and event teams on brand-building programs.
- Manage media or external communication when relevant.
- Measure brand communication activity and recommend improvements.
- Strong marketing communication and brand storytelling ability.
- Able to build campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good understanding of PR, media, partnerships, and brand reputation.
