As a Performance Marketing Analyst at Custompedia, you will connect paid-media data across channels and turn campaign performance into clear decisions on budget, creative, funnel, and next actions. - Consolidate campaign data across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
- Build recurring performance views for spend, traffic, leads, conversion, CAC, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Analyze trends, funnel drop-offs, creative performance, and channel contribution.
- Validate data quality and flag tracking or attribution issues.
- Prepare concise insights and recommendations for account and performance teams.
- Support forecasting, budget pacing, and test evaluation.
- Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills.
- Comfort working with marketing metrics, funnels, and ratios.
- High attention to data accuracy.
- Able to communicate insights clearly to non-analytical teammates.
