- Prepare call sheets, checklists, props, equipment, and production materials.
- Assist with set setup, breakdown, and general production logistics.
- Coordinate simple talent, vendor, transportation, or location needs.
- Track shot progress and help the team stay on schedule.
- Support data handling, asset labeling, and post-shoot wrap tasks.
- Respond quickly to practical needs on set.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with hands-on work.
- Able to work flexible production hours when required.

- Reliable, punctual, and willing to handle small details.
- For internship applicants: event committee or production experience is a plus.
