Frequently asked questions
Find quick answers to common questions below. Want to talk it through? Book a discovery meeting with our team.
What should I include in my first message?
Tell us about your brand, the challenge you want to solve, the service you are considering, and your preferred timeline. A rough budget range is helpful, but it is not required for the first conversation.
How soon will the Custompedia team reply?
We usually reply within one business day. More detailed proposals may take longer because we first review the scope, deliverables, and team requirements.
Can we work together outside Semarang?
Yes. Our studio is based in Semarang, while projects can be coordinated remotely and supported on-site across Indonesia when production, activation, or events require it.
How much does a project cost?
Pricing depends on the service, deliverables, production scale, and project duration. Share your goals through the form and we will recommend a scope that fits the actual need.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your brief is formatted into a WhatsApp message. After you send it, our team reviews the details, asks any necessary follow-up questions, and prepares the most useful next step.
