Data apa yang diambil Custompedia Tech saat akun Facebook, Instagram, Threads, atau TikTok dihubungkan, untuk apa dipakai, dan cara menghapusnya. English version below.

Tentang Custompedia Tech

Custompedia Tech (tech.custompedia.id) adalah aplikasi kerja milik PT Custompedia Creative Group. Tim kami memakainya untuk merencanakan, mendesain, menjadwalkan, memposting, dan menganalisis konten media sosial brand yang kami kelola, milik Custompedia maupun klien kami. Aplikasi ini hanya bisa dibuka dengan login. Pemakaiannya diatur Syarat Layanan Custompedia Tech (custompedia.agency/syarat-layanan-tech/).

Data yang kami ambil

Saat sebuah akun dihubungkan lewat Facebook Login for Business, login Threads, atau Login Kit TikTok, kami mengambil data berikut, hanya sebatas izin yang disetujui pemilik akun:

Identitas akun: ID pengguna Facebook atau Threads yang memberi izin, nama dan ID Halaman Facebook yang dipilih, ID dan username akun Instagram profesional yang tertaut ke Halaman itu, serta username dan profil Threads.
Identitas akun TikTok (izin user.info.basic): open ID, nama tampilan, dan foto profil, untuk menunjukkan akun mana yang terhubung.
Token akses. Token disimpan terenkripsi (AES-256-GCM) dan tidak pernah ditampilkan di aplikasi.
Konten yang kami posting atas nama akun itu: caption, gambar, dan video, beserta ID dan tautan postingannya. Untuk TikTok (izin video.publish dan video.upload) juga pilihan yang ditentukan pengguna untuk tiap postingan: siapa yang bisa menonton, izin komentar, Duet dan Stitch, serta pengungkapan konten komersial, dan status pengirimannya.
Info kreator TikTok saat membuat postingan: pilihan privasi yang tersedia untuk akun itu, durasi video maksimal, dan apakah akun sedang bisa memposting.
Insight: angka performa postingan dan akun Facebook, Instagram, dan Threads, seperti jangkauan, tayangan, suka, komentar, bagikan, simpan, dan pengikut.
Komentar, balasan, mention, dan pesan langsung milik akun Facebook, Instagram, dan Threads yang terhubung, bila fitur komunitas atau kampanye komentar ke DM dipakai.
Hasil pencarian kata kunci Threads (postingan publik), untuk riset topik.
Data katalog musik Instagram (judul dan artis lagu) saat memilih lagu untuk Reels.

Dari TikTok kami tidak mengambil daftar video, pengikut, komentar, pesan, atau statistik akun.

Untuk apa data dipakai

Data hanya dipakai untuk menjalankan fitur Custompedia Tech bagi brand yang akunnya dihubungkan: memposting dan menjadwalkan konten, menampilkan analitik, membaca dan membalas komentar serta pesan, dan riset topik. Konten baru dikirim ke TikTok setelah postingan itu disetujui dan pengaturannya dipilih di aplikasi.

Kami tidak menjual data ini, tidak memakainya untuk iklan atau profil iklan, dan tidak membagikannya kepada pihak lain. Pengecualiannya hanya penyedia layanan yang memprosesnya atas nama kami untuk menjalankan aplikasi:

Cloudflare, untuk server dan penyimpanan.
Penyedia model AI (Anthropic dan OpenRouter), untuk membantu menulis caption dan draf balasan dari konten yang diberikan pengguna.

Berapa lama data disimpan

Token dan data koneksi: selama akun terhubung.
Konten dan draf yang dibuat di Custompedia Tech: milik brand, disimpan sampai dihapus oleh brand atau oleh kami.
Insight, komentar, dan pesan: selama dibutuhkan untuk fitur di atas.

Cara menghapus data

Di Custompedia Tech: buka Koneksi akun, lalu klik Putuskan. Token akun itu dihapus, dan untuk TikTok izinnya juga dicabut di TikTok.
Di Facebook atau Instagram: buka Pengaturan, lalu Aplikasi dan situs web, lalu hapus Custompedia Tech.
Di Threads: buka Pengaturan, lalu Akun, lalu Izin situs web, lalu hapus Custompedia Tech.
Di TikTok: buka Pengaturan dan privasi, lalu Keamanan dan izin, lalu Izin aplikasi dan layanan, lalu hapus Custompedia Tech.
Lewat email ke hello@custompedia.agency.

Saat Meta atau Threads mengirim permintaan penghapusan data, kami menghapus koneksi, token, dan insight akun yang dihubungkan dengan login itu, serta gambar tersimpan yang tidak dipakai postingan atau aset lain. Pemohon menerima kode konfirmasi untuk mengecek statusnya.

Bila izin Custompedia Tech dicabut dari TikTok, tokennya tidak bisa dipakai lagi dan kami menghapus koneksi akun itu. Postingan yang sudah terbit di TikTok tetap ada di akun itu sampai dihapus pemiliknya di TikTok.

Keamanan

Custompedia Tech hanya bisa dibuka dengan login. Token akses disimpan terenkripsi, dan semua koneksi memakai HTTPS.

Perubahan kebijakan

Kami dapat memperbarui kebijakan ini bila fitur atau data yang diproses berubah. Tanggal pembaruan terakhir tampil di bagian atas halaman ini.

About Custompedia Tech

Custompedia Tech (tech.custompedia.id) is a work application operated by PT Custompedia Creative Group. Our team uses it to plan, design, schedule, publish and analyse social media content for the brands we manage, both Custompedia's own and our clients'. The application can only be opened with a login. Its use is governed by the Custompedia Tech Terms of Service (custompedia.agency/syarat-layanan-tech/).

Data we receive

When an account is connected through Facebook Login for Business, Threads login or TikTok Login Kit, we receive the following data, only within the permissions the account owner grants:

Account identity: the Facebook or Threads user ID that granted access, the names and IDs of the selected Facebook Pages, the ID and username of the Instagram professional account linked to those Pages, and the Threads username and profile.
TikTok account identity (user.info.basic scope): open ID, display name and avatar, to show which account is connected.
Access tokens. Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never shown in the application.
Content we publish on the account's behalf: captions, images and videos, with the IDs and links of the resulting posts. For TikTok (video.publish and video.upload scopes) also the settings the user chooses for each post: who can view it, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, the commercial content disclosure, and its delivery status.
TikTok creator info when a post is prepared: the privacy options available to that account, the maximum video length, and whether the account can post at that moment.
Insights: performance metrics of Facebook, Instagram and Threads posts and accounts, such as reach, views, likes, comments, shares, saves and followers.
Comments, replies, mentions and direct messages of the connected Facebook, Instagram and Threads accounts, when the community or comment-to-DM features are used.
Threads keyword search results (public posts), for topic research.
Instagram music catalogue data (song title and artist) when choosing a song for Reels.

From TikTok we do not receive the account's video list, followers, comments, messages or account statistics.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide Custompedia Tech's features for the brand whose account is connected: publishing and scheduling content, showing analytics, reading and replying to comments and messages, and topic research. Content is sent to TikTok only after the post has been approved and its settings chosen in the application.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising or ad profiling, or share it with anyone else. The only exception is the service providers that process it on our behalf to run the application:

Cloudflare, for hosting and storage.
AI model providers (Anthropic and OpenRouter), to help write captions and draft replies from content the user provides.

Retention

Tokens and connection data: kept while the account is connected.
Content and drafts created in Custompedia Tech: belong to the brand and are kept until the brand or we delete them.
Insights, comments and messages: kept as long as the features above need them.

How to delete your data

In Custompedia Tech: open Account connections and click Disconnect. The account's tokens are deleted, and for TikTok the authorization is also revoked at TikTok.
On Facebook or Instagram: open Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Custompedia Tech.
On Threads: open Settings, then Account, then Website permissions, and remove Custompedia Tech.
On TikTok: open Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then App and service permissions, and remove Custompedia Tech.

When Meta or Threads sends us a data deletion request, we delete the connections, tokens and insights of the accounts connected with that login, and stored images that no other post or asset uses. The requester receives a confirmation code to check its status.

When Custompedia Tech's access is removed on TikTok, its token stops working and we delete that account's connection. Posts already published on TikTok stay on the account until its owner deletes them on TikTok.

Security

Custompedia Tech can only be opened with a login. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and every connection uses HTTPS.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the features or the data processed change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
