Custompedia Tech (tech.custompedia.id) adalah aplikasi kerja milik PT Custompedia Creative Group ("Custompedia", "kami"). Aplikasi ini dipakai untuk merencanakan, mendesain, menjadwalkan, memposting, dan menganalisis konten media sosial brand yang kami kelola, milik Custompedia maupun klien kami.
Dengan login dan memakai Custompedia Tech, Anda menyetujui syarat ini. Bila Anda memakainya atas nama sebuah brand atau perusahaan, Anda menyatakan berwenang menyetujuinya atas nama mereka.
About this service
Custompedia Tech (tech.custompedia.id) is a work application operated by PT Custompedia Creative Group ("Custompedia", "we"). It is used to plan, design, schedule, publish and analyse social media content for the brands we manage, both Custompedia's own and our clients'.
By logging in and using Custompedia Tech, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a brand or company, you confirm that you are authorised to agree on their behalf.
Who may use it
- – Custompedia Tech is only for the Custompedia team and clients we give an account to. There is no open sign-up.
- – Keep your username, password and access code confidential. Every action taken through your account is treated as yours.
- – Tell us straight away if you suspect someone else is using your account.
Connecting social media accounts
- – A Facebook, Instagram, Threads or TikTok account may only be connected by its owner or by someone the owner has authorised.
- – By connecting an account, its owner allows Custompedia Tech to publish and read data within the permissions approved on that platform's login screen.
- – A connection can be removed at any time with Disconnect in Account connections, or by removing Custompedia Tech's access in the platform's settings.
- – The data we receive and how to delete it are described in the Custompedia Tech Privacy Policy (custompedia.agency/kebijakan-privasi-tech/).
Content and publishing
- – Content remains the property of the brand it belongs to. We only process it to provide Custompedia Tech's features.
- – Content is published to an account only after it has been approved in the application and scheduled. For TikTok, the user chooses who can view each post, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and the commercial content disclosure before it is sent.
- – You are responsible for the content you approve for publishing, including holding the rights to its text, images, video and music, and labelling paid, branded or AI-generated content correctly.
- – AI-suggested captions and replies are drafts. Review and edit them before approving.
What you may not do
- – Use Custompedia Tech for spam, fraud, hate speech, illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
- – Connect or publish to an account that is not yours and that you do not manage with its owner's permission.
- – Try to access parts of the application or other brands' data you are not entitled to, or interfere with how the application works.
Availability and liability
- – We work to keep Custompedia Tech running, but do not guarantee it will always be available without interruption. Publishing may be delayed or fail because of network problems, limits or changes on the platform's side. The status of every post is shown in the application.
- – To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the application, or for actions social media platforms take on content or accounts.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access to Custompedia Tech if these terms are breached or a client engagement ends. When access ends, connected social media accounts may be disconnected and their tokens deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the application's features or workings change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. Using the application after an update means accepting the updated terms.
