As a Project / Traffic Coordinator at Custompedia, you will keep agency work moving by organizing workloads, timelines, dependencies, and handoffs across multiple client projects. You will work in an agency environment where clarity, ownership, relevance, and execution quality matter.
- Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, priorities, and delivery checkpoints.
- Coordinate workload and handoffs between strategy, content, design, production, ads, KOL, and account teams.
- Track blockers, overdue tasks, revisions, and dependencies and surface them quickly.
- Prepare internal status updates and ensure owners understand the next action.
- Support scheduling for shoots, meetings, approvals, and production activities.
- Help improve project workflows, templates, and operational discipline.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Comfort managing many moving parts and changing priorities.
- Clear internal communication and follow-up habits.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with spreadsheets or project-management tools.
