As a Finance / Accounting at Custompedia, you will keep agency financial records accurate, timely, and decision-ready across billing, expenses, payables, receivables, reconciliation, and basic reporting. You will work in an agency environment where clarity, ownership, relevance, and execution quality matter.
- Record and reconcile routine financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, expense documentation, and supporting schedules.
- Track accounts receivable and payable status.
- Maintain organized financial documents and evidence.
- Support monthly closing, reporting, and tax/accounting coordination.
- Flag inconsistencies, missing documents, or overdue items early.
